We demand a new state!!!
Most of the time, TOI is laughable (however unintentionally). Very rarely, it is funny, when intended to be. And this is probably one of them.

In any case, I wish they had included a plasma state as well... Which I am sure some of our poilticians would have chosen thinking it's some kinda plasma TV related thing. And I would have enjoyed every drop of their blood vaporizing............ ahem, I better not sound like a vampire, eh? :P
